With a background in classical and jazz voice, and a career that spans from stage to screen, she’s carved out a space as a multidimensional creative both behind the scenes and at center stage.
Born and raised in East Los Angeles, Keana found her way into music through choirs, jazz ensembles, and local bands—an early foundation that continues to shape her sound. Her recent credits include sound design and Dolby Atmos mixing for Lys, aka Lysistrata of Aristophanes: An African Version, as well as original music composition for Ableton. Her sound design work is also featured in Cocolab MX’s multimedia immersive experiences. Whether programming a live show or building a beat from a voice memo, Keana brings a meticulous yet intuitive energy to everything she creates.
Alongside her production and engineering work, Keana has gained a following through her behind-the-scenes content—sharing her creative process, vocal production techniques, and sampling workflow.
